Bring the kids with you to jiu jitsu. Children's Jiu Jitsu starts from the age of 5, and classes are divided every two years. For example: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12 years. This allows us to teach our children in a safer and better understood environment at every stage of their development. With the youngest, the lesson is fun and playful, as they get a better understanding of the factors such as discipline and coordination begin to carry more weight, until we get to the technical focus that happens as students evolve within our teaching program. Here they not only learn to have limits, but they begin to understand the meaning of the dispute, and losing and winning. The incentive to get the best out of each other brings them the self-esteem and self-confidence they need to develop as safe, secure and disciplined children.
