After learning all the techniques of the beginner module, and understanding the dynamics of the fight, you are ready to move to the intermediate level where you will begin to deepen your technical knowledge and do partial training (where the dispute takes place in only one specific situation), and finally the free practice still controlled but already quite fun and rewarding. It is at this stage that you begin to live the life style of jiu jitsu, to understand the importance of your diet and the general care of your health.
